Terms & Conditions
Last updated September 25, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the CallTrove call-recording and compliance dashboard (the "Service"), operated by CallTrove ("CallTrove," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, your organization ("Customer") and its authorized users ("Users") agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use CallTrove
CallTrove is a business tool, not intended for individual consumer use. An account is created for an organization using GoHighLevel, and that organization is responsible for the Users it authorizes to access the Service under its account.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. If you have access to call recordings or transcripts, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Tell us right away at support@calltrove.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
3. Your responsibilities as a Customer
You're responsible for the calls your organization records through GoHighLevel and brings into CallTrove, including obtaining any consent required by law to record them and determining what compliance obligations, including HIPAA, apply to your use of the Service. CallTrove stores and organizes what you send it; we don't decide what gets recorded or why.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for anything unlawful, attempt to access another Customer's data or bypass account isolation, attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract its underlying code, or use the Service to store or transmit content you don't have the rights or consent to record.
5. Your data
Your organization owns the call recordings, transcripts, and other content it brings into CallTrove. We process it on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy, only to provide the Service to you. We don't use it to train models, advertise, or resell.
6. Service availability
CallTrove is under active development. We aim for the Service to be reliably available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and the Service is provided as-is while it matures. We'll do our best to give notice of planned downtime.
7. Fees
CallTrove may offer paid plans. Any fees that apply to your account, and how they're billed, will be presented to you before you're charged.
8. Termination
You can cancel your account at any time. When you do, your data is retained for a grace period shown in your account's cancellation flow, after which it's permanently deleted. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, with notice where practical.
If your organization is legally required to retain call recordings, transcripts, or related records for a certain period, exporting what you need before that grace period ends is your responsibility, not ours. Once data is deleted at the end of the grace period, we have no way to recover it, and CallTrove isn't responsible for meeting record-retention obligations that apply to your business.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CallTrove isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to these Terms
We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever these Terms change, and post the updated version here. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
